Elocution for Kids Aged 6 Years Old – A Specialised Workshop

Our Elocution for Kids and Parents Workshops have received lots of interest.  In fact, they have received so much interest that we have decided to make them more specialised according to the stage of your child’s language development.

Our next workshop has been specially designed for children aged 6 years old, and their parents.

Why a special Elocution for Kids Aged 6 Years Workshop?

From birth to 5 years of age, your child will pass through many stages of language development:  Crying, Cooing, Babbling, Intonation patterns, one-word utterances, two-word utterances, word-inflections, questions, and negatives.

When he or she reaches 5 years, your child’s language development moves into a stage of complex constructions as language is becoming acquired.  As your child’s language developmental process has reached an ideal stage for developing these rare or complex constructions, this would be a good time to introduce elocution, correct English pronunciation and articulation before moving into mature speech at the age of 10 years.  It is also an important time to find out if your child has any speech sound disorders which may need to be addressed before mature speech develops.

As this is an important stage of language development, we can only offer six places on this specialised workshop – we know that we have already received several enquiries from parents with 6 year olds.

So, if you wish to attend please book as soon as possible: Book my place – Elocution for Kids Aged 6 Years Workshop
